Multi-Chassis Trunking enables multiple switches to be configured in a virtual chassis to provide non-stop Layer-3 routing forwarding even in the case of a switch failure.
The DGS-F3710 Series has a variety of features to ensure traffic stability and integrity. Port mirroring is in place for Bandwidth Control, coupled with Broadcast, Multicast & Unicast storm control. Single-Rate Three-Color Marker (srTCM) and Two-Rate Three-Color Marker are both also implemented for defining burst sizes and bandwidth limitations. The DGS-F3710 Series gives your network the protection it deserves with leading-edge security features that handle threats effectively. With built-in IP-MAC-Port Binding, the switches allow administrators to enhance user access control. Other advanced features like DHCP Snooping let the switches automatically learn and save IP/MAC pairs to the IMPB white list.
