The 25G-LR-SFP10KM transceiver from Extreme Networks provides long-range 25 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity using single-mode fiber (SMF). This SFP28 module supports transmission up to 10 kilometers using a 1310nm laser and PIN photodiode, making it an optimal choice for metro networks, large enterprise backbones, and distributed campus environments.

Hot-swappable and energy efficient, this module supports a maximum data rate of 25.78125Gbps and complies with IEEE 802.3by and SFF-8402 standards. With integrated Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM), it offers advanced diagnostics and operational awareness.
